IgniteConvo is an AI-powered dating conversation coach that provides suggestions, guidance, and feedback to help users improve their dating communication skills. The Service may include profile analysis, conversation coaching, opener suggestions, and related features.
Important: IgniteConvo provides suggestions only. We do not guarantee any specific dating outcomes, matches, relationships, or results. The Service is a coaching tool, not a matchmaking or dating platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using IgniteConvo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.1 Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycles, and available plans are described on our website. All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
5.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7.1 Conversation Data
IgniteConvo processes conversation content that you submit in order to provide coaching suggestions. We do not store your conversation content on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the Service in real time, unless you explicitly opt in to features that require storage.
7.2 Personal Information
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at igniteconvo.co/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.3 Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing and cloud infrastructure providers) solely to operate and improve the Service.
All content, features, functionality, software, and design of the Service are owned by IgniteConvo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial dating communication purposes.
Suggestions and coaching content generated by the Service are provided for your personal use. You own the messages you compose, but you may not represent AI-generated suggestions as a standalone product or service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any suggestions provided will result in successful dating outcomes; (c) the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations; or (d) any AI-generated content will be appropriate for every situation.
You acknowledge that dating involves inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other individuals. IgniteConvo is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of any user or third party.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IGNITECONVO, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IgniteConvo and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any content or messages you create using the Service.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including dating platforms, payment processors, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 8 through 11 and any other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IgniteConvo regarding the Service.
Waiver: The failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
